SMS Messaging Consent Agreement
This agreement outlines how Count on K & Associates, LLC (referred to as “We” or “The Company”) will use text messages (SMS) to communicate with you, The Client. By checking the box and agreeing below, you are giving us your permission to send you texts.
1. What You Will Receive
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us. These texts will contain important and relevant information, including:
- Appointments & Reminders: Notifications about upcoming service dates or meetings.
- Special Offers: Promotions and discounts.
- Updates: Information about our products, services, or important alerts.
- Account Notifications: Communications regarding your transactions, payments, or administrative procedures.
2. Your Consent and Understanding
- Voluntary Choice: Your consent to receive texts is completely voluntary and is not a requirement for purchasing any goods or services from us.
- Your Phone Number: You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- Possible Carrier Fees: You understand that standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
3. How to Stop or Get Help
You have the right to stop receiving texts at any time.

4. Privacy and Data Security

- Your data is safe: We will use your phone number only for the purposes outlined in this agreement.
- No Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties without your specific permission, except when required by law (in accordance with the TCPA, CCPA, and other applicable regulations).
5. Term and Modifications
This agreement is effective immediately upon your consent and remains in effect until you choose to stop the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms, but we will notify you 30 days in advance of any changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can simply revoke your consent (see Section 3).
6. Legal Agreement
By accepting this agreement (e.g., by checking the acceptance box), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This digital consent holds the same legal validity as a handwritten signature.
